Buyer beware. Do your research it will save you a lot of frustration in the end. Please , please document everything if new customer to sprint or continuing customer. Extremely deceptive practices. Ask for names, ask specifically where it is in writing Video if you have to. Customer service will just keep pushing you off from one person to another as well as different departments. Trust me hours and problem still not resolved. Also they will never give you information where to complaint to. First better business bureau. And I have many contacts. None have helped me but it makes me feel a little better to have official documentation. I truly would give 0 stars but review will not allow me [email protected]@[email protected]@[email protected]@sprint.com

Sprint cell service is not the best but tue staff here is always kind and helpful. I wanted to switch carriers but ive been with sprint for 15 years. Lots of the reason I stay is because of the staff here. Only thing id change is get a public restroom! Especially if you have to wait a bit. Had to go next door. To the ice cream place only to get yelled at that its for customer use so I bought an ice cream. Worth the cost I really had to go.

Broke the screen on my galaxy 8 note. They were busy, but I took it in, and they replaced it in a couple of hours...awesome.
