Knowledgeable& professional employees
It is a retail place. If your looking for tech support they will give you a 1.888 number to call after you stood around waiting for service. Want to buy their phone, phone plan, return their cable boxes, modems other xfinity products this is your place
Amazing friendly people. The Manager is very knowledgeable of all aspects of Comcast. Gladly recommend customers to go to the store just go line make an appointment and a friendly rep will help you out.
I'd like to change this, but I won't. First phone to switched from another service.One great CSR he made the changes I needed and he was very attentive. Done. No issues.. Took my second phone in to switch service, different rep...he basically told me I can do it myself, thanks for coming...bye. 3 calls and 5 days later, I have 2 working phones. 4 out of 5 customer oriented people...1 happy customer! It's a win, thank you xfinity mobile!
