Tim is an excellent technician and performed the job well. I will request him for future service needs to furnace or central ac needs. He is very knowledgeable and took care of the problem in a reasonable time

My technician Jim, was great. He was extremely professional. I would highly recommend Jim and Essig plumbing. They give you a 30 minute time window and send a little info about the person coming to your home. Jim was on time, kind, helpful, and highly professional. He fixed the issue quickly and was very respectful of my home.

Tim did an excellent job for us. We had a problem with our AC recently. I called Essig and within hours our system was fixed at a reasonable price. They are very informative and went over the system in detail explaining to me how it worked since we just moved into the home. Great experience.

We had an emergency today and our water was completely off. I called three plumbers who were all too busy or would only come out an after hour rate. Called Essig, the fourth company of the day expecting the same result. However, they answered my call after two rings, promised to have someone put the same day, although it was unclear what time that would be.nnI received a follow up call 45 minutes later letting me know that Jesse, the plumber assigned, would be at my home in 20 minutes. Upon arrival, Jesse got right to it. He identified the problem and fixed it within the hour. He was excellent and very professional. He took his time explaining the system that we had and the adjustments that he made to correct the situation.nnAfter further discussion he made some recommendations that we are exploring further. Prompt and reliable service. Great plumber and easy to work with.nnHighly recommend Jesse and the team at Essig!

Bradley was great, he was very professional and explained everything to me. He answered all of my questions and and addressed my concerns. After calling my own plumber and a few other places, Essig was able to assure me I would be seen today, having no water in my house, this was my priority. All the repairs were assessed and competed in an afternoon and I was finally able to get a shower ud83dude0a
