Best verizon experience we have ever had!! Kelsey at the east greenville verizon helped my husband and i with getting new phones and it was just the most pleasant experience! When transferring information from one phone to another it always takes a few minutes but we did not mind the wait at all, kelsey was so friendly and helpful and answered every question we had! We will definitely be contacting her next time we upgrade!!
Wally did a great job with his customer service! Kelsey was also very helpful as well when I went back in to the store for a question. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for new phones. Great employees and District Manager! Again, excellent customer service from everyone!
Great service from Wally and Kelsey! They always go above and beyond to help with all our tech questions and phone needs. My husband and I recently upgraded and they made the process extremely easy and transferred all our data. This is our go to store!
After being an AT&T customer for 18 I decided to switch to Verizon. My reason was simple, my son is employed by them so I thought I would support the company for which he works. The transfer of my family plan to Verizon could have gone any worse than it did. The issues I had during the first 5 weeks are too numerous to mention. Just beware that TCC stores are in NO WAY affiliated with Verizon. They have different policies regarding returns/cancellations etc. Save yourself some time and patronize ONLY corporate Verizon stores. You'll be glad you did.
