Contacting 3 different companies to replace our 19 year old heat pump system, Longacre’s got the job hands down. Our decision was based on our meeting with Eric Bauman, HVAC manager. We liked all his answers to our questions and concerns. The price he gave us was also the best price. We also liked that Longacre’s is a local company if there are any issues. The installers did a good job .There was a problem with the base. It had a large corner that broke off. I took a picture of it, emailed it to Eric and he replied quickly that it was totally unacceptable and it would get replaced and it did,the following week. When everything was finished, the work area outside and inside was left very clean. We are very happy with the final product, an American Standard Heat Pump System.

awesome experience. We had two brand new doors put in our house and they even fixed one that needed a little attention. Highly recommend them. Very clean and professional company. Couldn't be more happy. Will definitely use them again for upcoming projects.
