My daughter used the bus at least a dozen times to go to New York and down to the shore. The buses are always clean drivers are always courteous. The only reason I didn't give a five-star review is the driveway going into the pickup area is full potholes They need to be fixed.

Terrible service... Bus didn’t stop where it was posted to stop, so we called and were told the bus driver would meet us at the next stop. As we pulled up to the next stop we watched the bus driver pull away. Called Barb the Vice President who said they couldn’t do anything or help us in anyway. When I asked how to get my money back she said we don’t do that either it’s all done through our bus... Thanks for nothing and making us miss an important family function in New York... would give 0 stars if possible

Hi! I've heard good things about this bus company. I know this company has picked up charters for NYC but are you planning on doing a charter to Philly?

So far they have a great service from Reading to NY.

The best bus trips. I just wished they would have an Exton pick up location.
