Really unprofessional staff - I won't waste my time going there again. Rude from the moment I walked inside. I set my packages on the counter and smiled and said hello to the sales person who wouldn't even look up from their phone to address me. Waited 30 seconds before telling me they were closed. Moved over to the next counter where I was ignored by that sales person too. Finally, they acknowledged me and rushed me through my order as if I were such an inconvenience. Not to mention, they post signs on the front door and all over the inside of the building stating all who enter must wear a mask. I was followed in by an incredibly inconsiderate person wearing no mask, to whom no one said a word. Zero accountability or health standards in this place.
Hard to do business here. The hours are lousy only open 9:00 to 11:00 on Saturday used to be 9:00 to 12:00. Hit the buzzer in the lobby for somebody to come to the door. You have a better chance of playing the lottery than you do them answering the door. The post office says they're hurting from out money maybe they should share some customer service.
would recommend shipping things at another post office if possible. front cashier has a terrible attitude for no reason. get a factory job if you don't want to deal with customers

I had placed an order online and the retailer had shipped to the wrong address. I talked to the people at the post office and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the package. Really appreciate everything they did!
