Central Middle School

I'm a bit iffy about this school. Just like most schools, it has its ups and its downs. On the downside, the security guards aren't doing what they are supposed to be doing. Like, when hall sweeps are going on, I expect kids to be taken out of the halls and taken to the deans office. I know it may be difficult with how many kids don't care about their education and are out in the hall, but trying doing a better job. On the bright side, the teachers are very nice. Kids will go to their parents complaining about this and that, but obviously you didn't take into consideration that your child isn't the angel you wish them to be. Honestly.

I think it's ridiculous how these people are quick to call you or e mail you because your child won't sit in their assigned seat, but at the same time it's ok to leave our children sit outside in the cold from 8 a.m to 10 a.m and not even have the audacity to inform the parents about that. They need to seriously shut this place down. I have lived here all my life and never has it been as bad as it is now. Crazy how I have to read the paper to find this stuff out!

They are very irresponsible people that work there. There so many teachers that don't teach well enough. I think the state should take over the interior school district.

for people who sayin it is a badd school YOUR WRONG the teachers are great and people be talking shmak about reading sayin it has a lot of bad kids YOU DONT KNOW UNLESS YOU BEEN THERE the school has some issues; I know but everyone does and yes there some teachers that can be some a holes but overall it's a good school and finally dont be talkin about my city if you NEVER BEEN THERE

im a parent of a student who attends. he constantly gets ignored by certain teachers who have favorables over others. they refuse to give him back homework when he is absent. they refuse to help when he has a serious question or school problem. certain teachers cross boundries (swearing, downing the childs emotions or completely ignoring the child completely) theyrefuse to give him his current grades when asked and i have recieved ridiculous discipline referalls (such as writing him up for leaving class even tho he had to use the bathroom facilities and was denied to the point of almost soiling himself) teachers that dont want to do their jobs or hate their jobs, quit! my kid actually wants to learn and be somebody and for a school who says they work towards the dreams of a child..well.. youre making him a statistic. i have more than once wanted to go to reading eagle n just blow this place out of the water. ive been tempted to have my son record his mistreatment on his phone. dear reading intermediate high school. not every kid is the same . not all are future criminals and parolees ...please start treating children with some type of respect. you dont want angry parents with a news team at your door. regards. fed up parent. and my lack of proper grammar and sentence structure should show what your teaching are about. get it together people
