UGI replaced both heating & A/C units for me & did a great job. Had 2 different teams about 4 days each & they were on time, very professional, nice, courteous & cleaned up each day. The systems appear to be working well & I would recommend UGI highly. I’ve been a customer for more than 5 yrs & am very satisfied.
I have always received professional, courteous service from everyone at UGI HP&C. The technicians making my service agreement calls have been great. Over the past several years, I needed to replace my furnace, AC and hot water heater (all replaced units lived past their expected lifetime). All work was done quickly and done right the first time. Great customer service staff too!
I called for an appointment and was able to secure one on the same day. The technician called ahead to let us know he'd be here in 10 minutes. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the situation with the air conditioner and was able to fix the problem within 15 minutes. Very professional, efficient and friendly service.
John was our service technician. He arrived promptly when expected and diagnosed the problem exactly. He had to have a part ordered for our unit due to the age. They were successful in finding the part and returned as soon as possible to install. Everything went very smooth. Exactly why we purchase a maintenance plan every year.
