Jose is awesome. He explained us what he was doing, a very polite, courteous, excellent and prompt professional. He fixed both of our issues. We were extremely happy with services we received through Jose. Recommend him for fixing any plumbing issue.
Jose was excellent! He was prompt, courteous, respectful and excellent at his job! He brought the correct equipment. He unclogged our kitchen drain in less than a half hour. There was no mess or water spillage in the kitchen cabinet or on the floor. (A previous plumber needed 3 different pieces of equipment, created a mess in the kitchen and even didn't bring any rags to cleanup after himself.) So Jose was superb, all we could hope a repair person would be. Highly recommend!
The service techs were extremely knowledgeable, above & beyond courteous & helpful. I wish I could request them specifically every time. Thank you again gentlemen! The shower works ud83dudc4d great! The ladies in the office are also very nice, patient & helpful. All around pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!
Jose & Ted did a great job replacing an ancient PRV and installing our new water heater. They were both professional and had a great sense of humor. With everything they needed to do, I barely noticed how long the water was turned off in the house, which is a huge plus.
They came out to fix two of my toilets and caused a leak. They are now lying and saying that their technicians didn’t cause the leak in my dining room. Which is a complete lie and I have proof. My toilets are still broken. I would recommend using another company if you want the job done correctly. I only used them because ASH warranty sent them out. I will never use them again.
