Waited two weeks for an appointment since I was told this was the best plumbing company. I had two repairs: 1. Supply & Install H/C & dishwasher valves connect to existing supply lines under sink. 2. Supply & install fill value, flapper, water supply tube, and straight stop value on toilet. The charge was $320. The plumber arrived at 9:00, I showed him what needed to be done, then he spent 20-25 minutes talking about his dogs and my foster puppies. I finally told him I needed to get back to work which was a little after 9:30. He went back to his truck at 10:15. At 10:23 I went to his truck to tell him I had a 10:30 meeting and he said he was done and handed me the bill for 2 hours of time plus & $85 in materials & $30 trip fee. I called the main office and told them the actual time and they said they would only charge me for 1.5 hours. The plumber did not work for 1.5 hours! And $85 for a few values, tube and a flapper seems outrageous. I bought the supplies at Lowes for $40 and he said it would be best to use his supplies because they are better quality. I have requested an itemized bill for the materials. I hope they can provide that.

Just had the pleasure of having Mike come help us out with our kitchen sink troubles. He was very polite and friendly and did a great job. He took his time to explain everything to me and even played with my two toddlers when they were trying to “help”. When he left my son said “I just love him”. Me too kiddo, me too ud83dude02. Highly recommend!

We worked with Dave from Jud Firestone as a subcontractor for our finished basement. He was very conscientious, thoughtful and asked great questions to make sure all of our bathroom fixtures and plumbing were exactly the way we wanted them. Had great communication and was a pleasure to work with. We'd happily use them again for future plumbing needs!
