Where's the sauna?!nIn all seriousness, this place has great staff. The receptionist is a gem that just starts the introduction of the people within. I initially called commonwealth Orthopaedics, but the receptionist there was rude.nThe staff within genuinely cared about my well being. Made sure I was getting the proper treatment. Listened to me. Seemed to have a plan. Flexible when my schedule changed.

As a retired Advanced Practice Nurse I was referred to Pivot by a friend who had knee replacements.nI received three times a week therapy for six weeks at this site and was very impressed with the quality and caring of the team. Michael, Eric, Emily and Collin demonstrated professional and up to date practices. My husband is a retired surgeon and was very happy with my progress from walker in two weeks to a cane and self ambulation. Of course, what impressed him most was I was able to cook his dinner! I highly recommend this site and their van service makes it a plus for the patients who need assistance with transportation.

Got me back up and running after an ankle injury over a year ago. Truly never thought I'd recover but now I'm happily back on track. Great people, great work.

I am currently receiving care at this facility and have to say that the care I've received thus far is exceptional. Mike, Emily and Eric are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am very comfortable working with them and believe they have my best interests at heart. They have no problem answering my many questions and taking my thoughts and pain very seriously.
