I contacted CareerLink today to inquire about one of their services. Since their website states hours are by appt only, I called to try to schedule a time to use the Unemployment Compensation direct phone line. I was informed, in a very unsympathetic and curt way, that they are not offering your service right now. Not even by appt. I'm disheartened and frustrated. How can I possibly ever expect to receive my 5 months delayed unemployment payments if it is impossible to reach a government agency at all.
