Every month I am overcharged. This month by $95.00, and they do this every month. You call into Metro and all you get is a person that can barely speak English and have no idea what they are doing. Noone can speak english good and you can not understand a dam thing they say, thus they mass your account up. Every month I need to spend hours clearing up their mistakes.nMetro is the worse I have seen.
By far the most helpful people around. I have a phone I needed unlocked and one of the staff members spent about 45 minutes on the phone with the other carrier to make sure this would happen for me. 100x more helpful than the one in the mall.

Passed three and we had decided that we will pick up two phones one for me and one for my lovely fiancee and so far we love the new phones no issues what so ever but just one after a few weeks we still never received are servy so I decided I would head back to the store to see if we would run in to the same sales representative and I sure did to only get more information on how I can give them there rating they definitely deserve so with that being said it was more then perfect cristina was perfect as well as will thank you for being a perfect team more cellphone stores need hard working women's like you too may god bless you and thank you once more
