I am so thankful that we used World Travel’s Leisure department to help plan our vacation to Dubai. We were originally supposed to go in March when everything was shutting down and our advisor, Nan, was able to help rebook everything super last minute to September. We just got back from our vacation, and everything she helped book was absolutely incredible. The resort was beautiful and the room was such a nice place to relax. The excursion to the desert was a bit more exciting that I typically like, but I am so happy we got that experience. And to top off everything, we didn’t have to even think about our transportation to and from the airport, because she had cars booked for us and we just had to show up. I would definitely recommend using World Travel Leisure to book any vacation!

Melanie is an awesome travel agent. She was able to plan my trip to Orlando and get every squared away for me with no issues. She was always available for questions and made sure that I was taken care of while on vacation and even getting me a car from the airport to the hotel.

Melanie helped me plan a trip to Europe for me and my husband. This was my husband's first time abroad so, I wanted to fit as much in as possible. Melanie planned out an eight day trip split between London & Paris. She found beautiful hotels that were close to tube stations and the sights. She planned for cars to pick us up and take us to the airports, she booked our train to Paris and a full day to tour Normandy. Melanie was so helpful and answered all my questions (there were a lot) with a smile. I will absolutely be using Mel to book all of our trips from here on out!

We used World Travel for our 50th anniversary cruise to Bermuda. Melanie Downey did a great job of scheduling and planning with the cruise line and several island a time activities for us. We honeymooned there 50 years ago and were able to visit our honeymoon cottage resort as arranged by Melanie and World Travel! Our recent planned trip to Iceland. was cancelled from the pandemic. We will begin planning that trip soon with World Travel and Melanie!
