Robert was very responsive and flexible to accommodate my schedule. He arrived on time and repaired a bad valve in my basement area for the ice maker. This is the second time we used him for work in our home. First time he replaced our water pressure regulator and we where happy with the job. Great quality workmanship making sure to keep the workplace clean after the job was complete. I will have him back for future projects in our house.

Bob installed a kitchen faucet and a disconnect/reconnect for our gas dryer. Excellent service, timely and reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend him.

We had a 2nd floor shower faucet leak that destroyed our first floor ceiling and I called Bob to discuss possible solutions. He fit us into his schedule on a Saturday morning, to fix our leak. He was prompt, He clearly explained what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and he let me observe and learn from his work. Although I said he came into install a faucet it should be noted it was 35 year old plumbing and while I can do some plumbing it was a complicated job. He gave me a quote and a timeline and even though the job took longer than planned he charged me his original quote. I will use him again for the plumbing work when we renovate our other bathroom.

We called Robert Stemple Plumbing one evening when we discovered water all over our kitchen floor which we discovered came from the cabinet under the sink. Bob returned our call shortly after we had left a message. After hearing our problem, he said it sounded like our 20 plus year old garbage disposal had finally given up. He suggested we buy the new unit ourselves, told us what he suggested we buy and made an appointment for a couple of days later. Bob showed up early, put a drop cloth down because it was raining and he didn’t want to track up our floor. He installed the new unit and when he went to clean out the trap, he encountered difficulty getting it out. He ended up installing a new trap which wasn’t part of his original estimate. Bob’s price was more then reasonable. He worked very cleanly and neatly. Didn’t leave a mess. We highly recommend him. He is honest and does a great job. We will definitely use him again the next time we need a plumber.
