Wow, it feels great knowing I am not the only one with similar complaints! This is the first post office ever to give us a hard time. First they are delivering other people's mail to our mailbox, at first it was no big deal because we can just walk over and deliver it ourselves, however it became continuous. Then we received a notice that they will hold our mail at the post office because the passageway is blocked. Mind you it is August and we moved into this area in December/January and had no complaints until now...
Would be nice to hang sign up for customers to know you are closed for lunch now . There was six of us not knowing you all take lunch at the same time and NO SIGN UP TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT .
The mail person keeps giving us other people’s mail. One day, they even set our mail on our doorstep instead of in our mail slot.
Three packages mishandled within a short period of time and I just about had enough of these guys. This is inexcusable and they need to be more responsible with package handling.
Constantly delivering late, or not at all. Never received my important mail, just junk mail and also receive mail for another building and mail for people way across town. Hire people who actually pay attention to detail and have integrity.
