My payments have been returned to the bank for apparent lack of a proper address. They have apparently changed their address without notifying me of the change and now I am far behind! Great way to do business!

I have been trying for 6 months to contact the contact the sewer to settle my bill. At one time I had gotten behind on my bill so I was attempting to contact them to see what I owed. I placed several calls and left messages with no response. I contacted the water authority to get different ways to contact them with the same results. Now I get a bill taped to my front door (I was home they did not knock) for $600 dollars that must be paid by the 13th or they will shut off my water. Once again I have been trying to contact the sewer authority with the same result as before. I want to pay the invoice however I have to split it up into 2 payments. $350 on the 13th and the balance on the 19th. If anyone can give me a definite way to contact them I would be very great full.nThank younTreated Unfairly.
