Important !!!!! As on 7/24/20, their location is 16761 St Clair Avenue, East Liverpool (next to Papa John’s) and the location shown in Google Maps is incorrect and closed.nMy review: Extremely professional and efficient!! This review is for my visit on the same date. When you enter, a lady does the check-in for you (notes down your name, reason for visit and mobile no. You get a text msg with your ticket no and the lady calls your mobile no when it’s your turn). I had to wait almost an hour though for this because it was Friday evening. Then, Sarah did my license renewal. My case was pretty complicated since I’m an nonresident alien in the US and she handled everything pretty efficiently and instructed me everything I needed to do my car registration.

It gets busy sometimes, but I have never had to wait too long, and let's be honest, How often do you really need to go here? Instead of complaining about wait times, Pick a time less people will be there. Or better yet just send in the registration they send you by mail,

Not very professional by talking to one another while they should be waiting on. Also not very professional when using their cell phones and text messaging while they are waiting on customers. The lady that waited on me had the personality of a stop sign very unfriendly and not very knowledgeable of her job. she spent too much time talking to the other lady that was working there instead of doing what she should have been doing. not sure who the supervisor is but they definitely need to know about the route and inconsistent services that this Calcutta license bureau provide

Bad service, I went in went my friend so he could get a new ID card and the lady who does information gathering to make things go smoother basically was a sells women, was trying to get my friend to upgrade his ID to flying qualified when we explained to her over 3 times we just needed a standard ID. We were 4th in the que, and we still waited over 2 hours
