Big shout out for Lynette Wingard with Complete Travel Service for all of her help and expertise in planning our recent two week vacation in Italy.nnOur hotels were great - centrally located, very reasonably priced with great breakfasts included. Lynette arranged for all of our train travel and transfers and everything worked out perfectly. She also helped us book all of our private tours and excursions and each of them were fantastic! It was truly a vacation of a lifetime.nnWe could never have done this trip without her help and we will be forever grateful! We highly recommend Compete Travel Service and are looking forward to using them again soon!

Our first experience with a travel agent in years was with Lynette and her staff. They helped us plan a beautiful 14-day trip to Switzerland and France, including trains, hotels and flights. The hotels were centrally located, the train times were around midday (nice not to have to get up early), and they responded to a couple of last-minute requests by email & phone from Europe. We needed a little hand-holding and Complete Travel provided good service.nnOverall the trip was excellent, and we wouldn't realistically have been able to plan it ourselves just using kayak/expedia/booking or some other internet service. Part of the problem is that without the experience, you don't really know what is a fair price, and you cannot read all the fine print. Such are the arts of the travel agent.nnWe don't live in Pennsylvania, we happened to be in Zelienople for an event and stopped in to their office to check out what a travel agent could do to kickstart our travel. It wasn't a problem to deal with them remotely, either from Maryland or Europe.nnI recommend this travel agency!
