Professional, courteous and reliable service with fast response time--all at a reasonable cost. Owner Bill and employees Jason and Al have done work at our home many times and they will always be our first-call for plumbing and heating needs.
While I have never met Bill personally, I can say that he's a great guy and really helped me out twice over the past two years...nnI'm pretty handy and like to do a lot of work myself; however, with heating and cooling many local supply shops won't give Joe Consumer the time of day...You have to go through a 'professional.'nnI called another local plumber who doesn't deal with HVAC, so he recommended Bill. Bill spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me while I troubleshot my boiler when the radiators were luke warm last year.nnWith Bill's help I isolated it to one of two things...The relay or the circulator pump. Tried the relay first (cheaper & easier), then the circulator pump which fixed it!nnThis year, just a couple of days ago my rads were cold. Called Bill...Told him boiler wasn't firing, but pump was running. Spent another 30 minutes on the phone with him and tested some connections with my multi-meter. Again one of two things...Thermocouple (cheaper & faster), then the gas pump. It ended up being the gas pump which I was able to source online.nnAnyway, not everyone is willing or able to fix their own stuff...And not a lot people out there are in the business of giving out free advice. For that I say thank you and when I finally need to replace my boiler (which hopefully won't be for a while!) I'll call Bill!
