Been there 100s of times everyone has been nice and deliver my packages with no problems ,let's face it every single delivery can not be 100% but pretty close happy holidays to all
They're not even wearing masks but the girl is telling me to get the whole way behind the plastic barrier/shield. After that she messes up my money order and tries to give it to me that way. Maybe train these people better and teach them some manners. Stop being so damn rude to customers of get another job
A while back, gentleman working at your office was such a great help when I needed information on a mailing process. He said it would be in my mailbox as soon as possible. it did not come in 2 days, nor 1 day but the very same day. I was amazed and very pleased. At this time, my family is in the midst of serious medical issue. (not Covid) The young lady that brings our mail was most helpful in solving a time-sensitive mailing problem. I can't thank her enough for her assistance. I am grateful and thank you all.
The service is just terrible, and they deliver things to the wrong address all the time.
Just moved to the area; my VERY FIRST PACKAGE was delivered to the wrong address. Called in and spoke with Ralph who treated me like I was lying that I never received my package. Told me we’ll see if the person is honest and puts it back in the mail box. Next day nothing so I called in and spoke with Cody who instantly took action and got me my package. Truthfully the mail boxes are clearly marked in which Ralph used that as an excuse and tried getting around dealing with the issue. The person who received my package opened it, little did they know it was a remote for my tv in which was needed to work from home so thanks! I ordered my daughters Easter stuff online with everything going on I hope I receive them and don’t have to go through this again. But kudos to Cody for taking the time to find my package and personally deliver it.
