Tanya's the best, saved my as on a china flight

Absolutely ridiculous worst experience I've ever had. It was a sad day when we had to cancel our trip but gave us a little bit of relief knowing that we had the insurance to get or cash back minus the cost of insurance. But the travel agent we were dealing with knowing that we wanted cash back put in for a vulture which we will never use so now we are out all this money pit I have called on 2 different occasion's to try to talk to the owner and nobody calls me back after leaving my number each time ... I have a very strong suspicion that she gave us a Belcher so we would have to go back to beaver travel and they would get credit for us going on vacation therefore getting their money out of it... Absolute worst customer service ever
