Suica put the finishing touches on our kitchen remodel by making it functional again. Installed new dishwasher, sink and disposal. Our experience with them was exactly what you hope for when you hire a contractor for any type of service. They answered the phone the first time I called and put me on their schedule immediately. I planned ahead so I was able to request a specific day and time and they obliged. They confirmed the appointment the day before. They showed up on time. They completed every requested task timely and professionally. They were clean and, without any prompting, took special care to protect the new cabinets and flooring while they worked. The final price was exactly the same as the quoted price, which was better than several others I contacted. Overall fantastic experience and I absolutely recommend Suica Plumbing and Heating! I can assure you they'll be the first place I call next time!

We called Tom based on all of the positive reviews and he definitely was worth the 5 stars. I called Tom in the morning to see if he would come out to look at our water heater, and he made the time to come out that same evening despite it being a Friday night! He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Best plumber we have used, and on top of that, he is a great guy. He even went out of his way to address a furnace issue after he was finished, ran down to the parts store, came back and repaired the furnace. This was completely outside of what we asked him to do, but he did it anyway. 5 stars may not be enough. Tom truly demonstrates a genuine caring for his customers. You will not be disappointed!

Suica Plumbing is by far a terrific company. I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of our job. Tom is a super nice person and he knows his stuff. He communicated with me and he charged a very fair price for high quality and quick work. I will use him for all of my future plumbing and heating needs. He definitely is a 5 star company!

Tom is awesome! We had a clogged kitchen sink and Tom came within a few hours. He did an awesome job and is very friendly and professional. He is honest and affordable, too. We will definitely use him again!

I highly recommend Tom for any and all of your plumbing needs. He knows what he’s doing, he is honest, and his prices can’t be beat. He explains everything so it is understood what is wrong and his resolution. Don’t waste your time and money with anyone else, you will not be disappointed.
