They also have many alternative purchasing options such as progressive leasing and credit approvals. Progressive is easy to get if you have credit issues as I do. They can give you a lease of up to 3k with 90 days same as cash as long as you have a checking account and employment. This helped me purchase my fiance's engagement ring sooner rather than later. Great options for guys who are wanting to propose but dont have all the cash up front. I will go back there every time. Her ring is beautiful. Keep an eye on sales as they can be real good. Got mine at 50% off. They also have layaway and you can get price matching.

Bought a ring for my wife on mother's day the sale was fine to start. We knew it would need sized as it was a gift. My wife returned to the store after receiving the ring to have it sized when they told her she would need to open her own account with a 20% charge to order the proper size. After of course telling her what I paid for it. I called the manager Ted and asked if this was common practice and he told me he was having trouble hearing me. He was switching to another line to talk to me and then puts a sales associate on with no explanation to avoid talking to me. This has been by far one of the most unproffessional bunch I have ever dealt with

I had the worst experience at this Kay’s.. I would NOT recommend anyone buy anything from this store. I went in to buy a ring enhancer to go with my wedding band set and I had to send it back 3 times bc the sized it wrong and now it looks horrible. Took over 2 months to get my ring back ...
