Went in for a watch repair and had the pleasure of working with Kathy! She was beyond helpful and answered all questions professionally. The cost was surprisingly lower than expected and the overall experience was second to none. Will definitely go back for any jewelry related needs as well as send referrals. I was very pleased with my experience at Allan Jewelers. Kevin did a great job helping me pick out both an engagement ring and later a wedding band for my current wife. I gave him vague ideas of what she wanted and he was able to suggest exactly what I was hoping to find. The diamond stone that I purchased was too large for the setting that I picked, so he helped to custom build a mount that would fit the diamond. Later, when it came time to purchase the wedding band, we ordered the matching band for her engagement ring. The band that arrived was mismatched to her ring (through design by the company, not Kevin's fault!). Kevin once again custom built a ring to be a perfect match to her engagement ring. Additionally, when I purchased the engagement ring, Kevin was kind enough to pay for the insurance for 1 year. Nearly a year later, I purchased both wedding bands from Kevin. He not only insured those two wedding bands for free, but he also renewed the insurance on the engagement ring for another year complementary. My wife and I are very happy with the three rings that we purchased at Allan Jewelers. We received great service from Kevin and I would highly recommend him.

I know Allen's jewelers very well but was disappointed with service done on my diamond ring. Two weeks before we moved out of PA I had to get a prong replaced on my setting. It was poorly done so I returned to have redone. Arrived in CT a week later and pring tip was once again gone, this not being able to wear ring and out the money which a bit pricey. Very disappointed.

Enjoyed every minute of the process of purchasing my wife's engagement ring and our wedding bands. Kevin was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the industry and his inventory. He assisted tremendously in designing our ring and keeping us up to date on all progress from start to finish. Will definitely go back for any jewelry purchases.
