Had a gas leak in the main gas line! Potts plumbing came out right away and did it very fast and quick. Also communicated with Columbia Gas to get my heat back on while also giving tips on preventing freezing pipes. Very friendly and understanding, fair prices thank you very much.
They were great the first time, but totally ghosted me the second time. I may not have the best house or biggest job, but they just stopped returning my calls, totally upset, very poor customer service. Never will recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely great from start to finish!nnHad tankless water heater installed. Our tank went bad right before we were leaving for vacation. They provided a fair quote and were timely with all information that I requested. He and his sons were very nice and on time. They said 8am on Saturday and they were there on the dot. I have a lot of plumbing experience as a homeowner and they did top notch work, did not cut any corners. Clean and neat installation, very professional.
