On Oct 15, 2020 I took my son to take his drivers test. We had a very good experience...from the very nice lady that worked at the front counter to the test instructor, Bob. Bob was very nice, had a conversation with my son and told him to relax. I highly recommend this location!
This review is specifically for Lisa, who was the test administrator for my son's driving test today. She built a rapport with my son prior to the test and put him at ease. I can't say the same for other testers but I think they all should take a note from how she conducts the testing. In general, there needs to be consistency in the testing. I hope I got her name right, ti was either Lisa or Laura. Either way, she rocks!
Quick and easy
I went yesterday to get my license renewed. 1530 on a Wednesday and the center had one person in front of me. The lady who opened the door was very nice and the fellow who took care of me was great. He made a mistake and had to start over again but that happens. He was polite and professional and explained what happened and why he started new. Very good interaction and will head there again next time.
I'm only giving it 2 stars because, when we were there about 3 months ago, the instructor my son had the 2nd time (a man) was a lot better and knew how to talk to and treat people than the ignorant female who failed him the first time, only giving him 1 chance to parallel park. When I took my test we had 3 chances, which I'm pretty sure is how it's supposed to be now. It's a good thing that I'm a lot better at walking away than I used to be, because the situation could've been a lot worse! I don't know if she was never taught how to treat customers or if she's just too ignorant to grasp that concept.
