READ THE FINE PRINT & RUN !!!nNearly 6 months after having them do the paperwork on a house we sold we got a bill for nearly $1000. They said this was for an error in paperwork. When we press them on it they admitted that it was their mistake, done in office, by one of their own employees. I explained that I hired them and paid them to do the paperwork, but they showed me the fine print that states clearly that they are not liable for mistakes that they as a business have made. I called the other two title companies in Walla Walla and they do stand behind their work and will not charge the customer for their mistakes. I talked with two attorneys in town that told me the contract was airtight and that it would cost me more to retain them then the bill I have been presented.nnRun! Do not walk away, sprint to anyone else!
