I used McDonald Zaring for the seven years that I lived in Walla Walla. They have fantastic customer service and are always on the ball. They really go above and beyond to make the process of managing multiple insurance policies completely painless. They are flexible about how you contact them - phone, email, in person. Unlike the big insurance companies, I never had to deal with people not answering their phone for days, or technical issues making payments. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I bought our first home and we couldn't be happier with the guidance and determination to get a good rate from M & Z Insurance. Buying our first home was the most stressful incident in our lives, seriously. McDonald and Zaring made it easy and understandable WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM (:

We use McDonald Zaring for all of our insurance needs- which includes personal, 3 businesses, and health insurance. All the agents we have worked with are very informative and can explain policies to me in a way that I understand and can make an informative decision.
