Great service from scheduling an appointment to consulting my insurance policy. The staff are kind and friendly, and the office is clean and neat. Mike is nice, kind, friendly, and professional. Giving me an explanation of each section of my policy in easy way. He is not just trying to add more services to increase policy premium, but helping me find which services and coverages are suitable and valuable. And he answers my inquiries in detail. It feels like having a good friend who is an insurance agent.

I have been working with this branch of the State Farm Insurance agency ever since getting my licence and my first vehicle at 17. They have always been helpful in clarifying what I'm paying for and what I'm covered for. I've even received personal phone calls to just review any changes in policy that may have occurred.nnThis company really cares for it's customers, and I don't feel like the care comes only from targeting the bottom line. They have walked me through the steps of finding any discounts I'm eligible for and not aware of. Very pleased.

Friendly enough, but it shouldn't take repeated visits to the office and phone calls to get my insurance switched over from another state and I shouldn't still be hassling with it being set up correctly more than 2 months later. It's not a complicated policy and I've never experienced this much hassle before on an insurance policy that should be pretty straightforward and simple. If you tell me it's all set up, I expect that it is actually all set up, not that I'll be getting an email two months later telling me it isn't.
