I changed my address online and got a card in the mail. I took the card to Kittanning dmv to get a new license with the correct address. They told me to go to punky or butler dmv to have my picture taken.
Fast service and sweet people. Went in to get my photo taken and was taken care of right away
Completely worthless workers. Can’t even contact an actual person on the phone. If you want something done don’t count on them.
My son a his driver's test scheduled, an appt for 9;00 this morning & after waiting in line for half hour a lady came out & said they could only take pictures . Doesn't matter that he had an appt... doesn't matter I had to take a day off work... no one notified us ahead of time...nNo consideration at all
I am not sure why the staff is being rated low. The ONLY problem with this location is the limited days they are open per week. Too bad they cannot rate the people who come in and are rude and impatient with the process, they must follow to assure licenses are assigned to the appropriate people. I was in there to get my real ID - I was pleasant with the staff and the other people, they treated me with respect.
