DON’T TRUST THIS MAN!!!!!!!! Rohit Dharwadkar was by lawyers at the time, and I wanted to meet him at his office, he told me that his office was closed down so we decided to meet up at a restaurant, he gave me only 5 mins of conversation and he made me sign a paper which made me give him Permission for him to take money out of my account, THIS man told around $875 DOLLARS out of my account, than HE DISAPPEARED ON ME AND TOOK all of my $875 and I WOULDN’T TRUST THIS MAN EVER AGIAN AND IF UR READING THIS DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!!

I worked with Eric to set up my first business and he was great to work with. I really had no idea what I was doing, and he walked through the steps, got the paperwork in order, and took care of everything for us. I've even talked with him when I had other legal/tax questions, and he was happy to schedule a call and discuss. It makes me feel better knowing I have a resource like him when I have a question. He was great about answering emails, and even connected me with my current CPA.

Eric was great to work with when we decided to start up our company. At first we looked into doing everything ourselves, but it got a little overwhelming pretty quick. Talking with Eric made things seem a lot easier - he really does a great job explaining the ins and outs of the process. Highly recommend working with him.
