My experience with Mr. Sewer was excellent. Called Friday evening for sewer clog issue and they were at the house as promised the following morning. Bobby was professional, nice to talk to, knowledgeable, explained clearly what he found, and and fixed it. May need some longer term solutions and he explained exactly what they could do and provided timely estimates. Was extremely pleased with the cost of the work as I have been taken advantage of in the past with plumbing services for this type of work. All the ratings for Mr. Sewer are correct. Mr Sewer repaired the water belly in the sewer line of my house . They did excellent job in fixing it. All the people I talked to and came to work were helpful. They also checked and cleaned the waterline to make sure the sewer repair didn't affect the water flow to my house. For the yard restoration they said that lt will be done in spring for better seed growth. Over all I am happy with the work and feel that Mr sewer is a reliable company to work with.

My experience with Mister Sewer was extremely positive and I highly recommend! The issue I had was leaking water from a water line underground and the water company initially misdiagnosed as my neighbor’s water line therefore my immediate, positive comment about Mister Sewer is Chris turned on the water at the curb and confirmed the issue was mine; this was favorable considering my front yard required digging to get to the issue! The process was explained to me and all along, I was provided knowledgeable information which I greatly appreciated! When the job was complete they worked diligently to leave my front yard in the very best condition possible! I highly recommend Mister Sewer’s for its employees’ knowledge as well as their courteous and reassuring approach when the situation is extremely stressful to the customer! I recommend and I know if I have a future need, I will be contacting Mister Sewer!

These guys are Pros! They replaced my sewer lines under my driveway and under the road to go across the street and put in a new tap-in on and under my neighbors yard. All trench less and no digging up of my driveway or road thank goodness. Cemented over small section in driveway and landscaped the neighbors yard as well after digging it up where the sewer right of way is.nI totally satisfied with their work and the crew they had as well. If I were you I would not call anyone else!

Wes,Jason, Ed and Chris were awesome. Wes had to come out twice to dig out and replace our pipes. He was kind and told time with all our questions. He and Chris worked all day and were pleasant and friendly.nEd came out and help with a clog that occurred in between Wes' visits. Jason was able to explain everything to us and get the estimate to us quickly. These men went above and beyond what we expected.
