The store itself is amazing and the customer service is pretty good but the website is literally one of the worst websites I've ever used... you should use sportsmans.com as a guide for what a decent website looks like! Please make an actual website that customers can use! If its all just Informational pages then its completely useless!

If I could rate. the store a negative I would give it a -5 stars the store is horrible it is a mess the employees don’t know anything they don’t even greet you when you walk in there’s no prices on anything it is not organize you cannot possibly call yourself a farm and ranch store and not even have 50% of the items that you would expect to find a new a farm and ranch store the manager is rude while she claims that she’s a manager it’s horrible I don’t know how this store continues to stay open and run a business other than the fact that they’re one of the only farm and ranch stores in the area besides BordertownWhich thankfully for them we can get some help from people who actually know what they’re talking about I will probably never going to the store ever again

I went in for a weed trimmer. They were out of the one I want. When I asked when more would be in, the guy just threw his hands up and said he had no idea- absolutely no effort to find out. I called D&B in Pendleton from the parking lot. They were very accommodating. They get my business.

Great place for farm and ranch hardware supplies and stuff.
