This place is a mess.nChild support hearings were scheduled for April 2020, but due to COVID-19 were supposed to be rescheduled for a telephone one, but it never happened, no matter how many times I went there, the staff assured me that I had to be patient to have my fair hearings soon enough.n6 months later no a peep from the court.nThey don’t care that due to hearing officer’s miscalculation I have to keep paying unfair amount of money, that I cannot afford, but yet, IRS is draining me out, because they follow the arguable court order.nDue to COVID situation the judges were supposed to contact IRS and freeze all hearing arguments like mine until this situation clears up, but they did not care, and I voted for these judges..nShame on you your honors.
What's the point of them giving you the number to call for the employment spealist and when you call the line is busy? I've been trying to call for 15 minutes still no going through signal.
The support amount is generally erroneous and often unrealistic to fulfill in the long run, it's not to unlikely that you could be paying 49% of your income plus medical all the while being looked at as a bad person if you simply do not have the time to parent while fulfilling some erroneous support obligation without having any custody and being opposed for custody by the custodial parent, this is generally how it works thanks to the fine people who work here....
This place is unfair and hands out false PFA's like it's nothing. Why even ask if you swear to tell the whole truth anymore? They don't take child custody cases serious at all. I have been trying to get custody of my children since November and I am still getting the run around. Something needs to change. You need new judges that actually care.
I have to share this with everybody. We are in the middle of the covid 19 national emergency. I was to get a 1200 stimulus check. But family division if you can believe it took every single penny. Please share if the same thing has been done to you. . This will not continue to stand. Policy needs to change. Immediately. Comment please. Im in the process of getting a petition together against this.
