Had an issue with a phone I bought overseas. Cory was amazing, very kind , professional and helpful. I recommend doing business with him and his store.
The reps at this Sprint location were simply unwilling to take the necessary steps to accept return of a phone that was no long under a lease and the number has been moved to another carrier. Corey, the store manager was rude and incapable of listening to the customer. Poor customer service all around from Sprint. Absolutely NO ONE in any capacity working for this company is interested in providing customers with a good experience, either via phone or in person. Already moved 1 line of service, cannot wait to move the other personal lines and business lines.
