The gentleman was very helpful and was able to fix my issues quickly! 10/10
Staff was really rude... She wouldn't help me with my insurance questions.. told me to leave when I sat down to call insurance number so I left and ask her for managers info so I could talk to him and she refused! Really rude!! I've been to better store so I know that I will never go back again!

I went in here once when I was considering a switch to MetroPCS. There was one employee, who was waiting on a customer. We were the only 3 in the store. I mingled about for 15 minutes and the employee never acknowledged me in any way. I left and never went back.
