Very pleased with Giant Plumbing. They were very responsive and available in a time of need versus others who weren’t available for two weeks. Doug, Will, Jimmy and Robby came to my rescue when my parents' home developed a sump pump problem. They diagnosed the problem and saved me thousands of dollars by replacing a motor and not the entire system. This team went on to install a new furnace and a/c system in my own home several years ago when my furnace developed a dangerous leak, and they come yearly for maintenance. I always feel confident they are doing the best work at the best price and having my trust is what truly matters to me. I know I can always call to ask their advice, too. Tremendously reliable and friendly. Feel like they're part of the family!
