Incredible service! Same day resizing went perfectly and they cleaned and polished the ring for free! The same day resizing was reasonable cost! Looks great and the sizing was perfect! Lisa was the agent that helped me and she was friendly on the phone and very helpful in the store. Will be going back to purchase all of my future items and for service and repair on my current pieces! Great location, great prices, great people!!! 5 star

I have visited this Jewelers on several occasions for various repairs and to sell a few pieces. I am always impressed with the exceptional customer service; someone always greets you upon arrival and they take the time to ensure you are happy with their services! Great work on all my repairs...I had a ring that was actually run over by my car, the jeweler did such a wonderful job with it, you couldn’t imagine that it was just about flattened when I brought it it!

When deciding where to go for purchasing an engagement ring, I wanted to find a nice local business. I decided to I trust in James Douglas Jewelers. I went to the store to look for my then girlfriend's engagement ring back in March of 2019. I was in a bit of a rush to get the ring, as I wanted to get it for a trip that she and I were going on just a few weeks after my visit to the store. James Douglas was able to get the ring done quickly for me, and I had it for the trip! She said 'yes', and both she and I were (and still are) extremely pleased with the resulting ring!nAround that same time, she had also recently inherited her grandmother's engagement ring, and we wanted to put the diamond from that ring into a necklace. This was to be my wedding gift to her. James Douglas worked to help us in choosing the best option for us (the diamond had some chips, so we had a few options for what we could do with it). With their help, we made a great choice, and the result was beautiful! Thank you James Douglas! I highly recommend!

Took a broken gold bracelet there for repairs. It was a unique design but I could not tell where the break had been. Bracelet looked good as new and the work was done in one day! Very friendly, courteoua and knowledgeable staff.
