Amazing owner and staff, I came here with a protection plan covering the cost of my main issue and was given an incredibly low price (literally just cost of materials no labor) on another fix I needed. Always super quick, and super helpful! Definitely go here first for your repair needs.
It is an established fact that I am computer clueless so when my 5 month old laptop crashed I did not have any idea as to the resolution. I called CPR and I cannot emphasize their patience and customer focused approach from my initial call to drop-off to communication updates to pick-up. Flying blind on Google looking for computer repair in my area, I was extremely fortunate that I selected CPR - great service, extremely reasonable cost - HIGHLY RECOMMEND.... THANKS ADAM!!!!
I took my phone, snapped almost completely in half in hopes of just recovering the last years worth of pictures that hadn't been backed up. They took my phone and laptop for a few days and somehow managed to move all photos to a file on the computer. They saved me countless important memories. I'm so appreciative of the service. And the price was more than fair. Thank you, guys!
