Shea was able to stop by next day to troubleshoot our washer that quit working. He figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem within an hour. Shea is very knowledgeable and always friendly. Thank you so much!!

I could not recommend Southeastern appliance more! Our dryer wasn’t getting hot so our clothes weren’t drying. We called Shea at 9:00 in the morning and he scheduled us for 3:00 that day. He called us at 12:00 and said he was ahead of schedule so he could get us in now! I went home, unlocked my door for them and went back to work. Like 40 minutes later I went to see how it was going and they were ALREADY done. It was the heating element too so they had to tear the whole dryer apart, how they even did it that fast is crazy to me! The dryer works great now and it was for such a good price. On top of that the weather was really bad outside and there was not even one dirty shoe print inside the house. I was really impressed by that because some business don’t care. This company really takes care of their customers! If you are looking for someone that cares, gets the job done quickly and cleanly, and has GREAT prices, then make an appointment with Southeaster appliance.

I highly recommend Southeastern Plus appliance repair. Not only were they fast to respond, they were super professional and friendly. Shea fixed my dryer quickly/same day. AND Shea even cleaned out my disgusting dryer!!🙈 I highly recommend Shea and this awesome company. thank you!

I bought a new dishwasher and these guys were great! They showed up early and removed the old one and had the new one in quickly. Super nice and helpful, and worked with me on timing with the delivery of the dishwasher. I will use this guys again for sure.

I called Shea on a Friday, and despite being fully booked he managed to squeeze me on that same day so I did not have to wait all weekend for service. Thank you for going out of your way to help me. Your expertise, professionalism, and great pricing have made me a loyal customer!
