Brittney Melton with State Farm is the place to go for car insurance!! I’ve State Farm through Brittney ever since high school and it’s amazing. They helped get the most value out of my car when it got totaled, the insurance I have protects against vandalism (never thought I’d need it but ended up getting keyed and punctured tires for over $700 that they covered, they’ve replaced probably 3 windshields for me for free from highway rock cracks. I’ve relied on them so much my wife switched to my plan when we married and my house has their insurance too. I look out for high premiums but I feel like theirs is certainly affordable for all that benefit and they’ve worked with me to get discounts I qualify for or can package together. I live in Salt Lake and have never needed to switch from the local moab State Farm office. Give them a call!

Be warned, I lost my home and all my belongings 6 months ago in the Moab cinema court fire. State Farm has been terrible to deal with. Where's the good neighbor when you need one? my neighbors that had mortgages have all had their homes replaced, why not mine? and you approved homes that were of higher value than the homes i submitted and were declined. why is that? Just went through the holidays and as of Jan 2019 nothing new. i lost everything and now i have to deal with an insurance company that just wants to delay and decline every chance you get? is there anyone at State Farm that will do the right thing? 5 months without any additional living expenses, how is this even legal? trying to say my home was 2x4 construction when it was 2x6,.

I have been with State Farm for years and with Brittney Melton for 6 years since I moved to Moab. The office has always been helpful knowledgeable and very fairly priced.

Can NEVER get her or anyone else for that matter on the phone. Yesterday 12 times and nothing.
