Dropped off a mail-in ballot this afternoon & the whole process took less than a minute. There are large signs to drop off your ballot at the Ross St entrance (with attendants allowing you to park right in front for a few minutes) and they changed their process so you can deliver your ballot on the first floor around the corner from the entry. Don’t hesitate to drop off your mail-in ballot - it’s the easiest trip downtown I’ve ever had.

Just dropped off my mail in ballot here in person. There were big signs outside directing to two windows in the first floor lobby. Staff were helpful and seemed available for questions, but I had none.

Obviously this office is overwhelmed or inefficient. Not good for the near election process.nMade many calls on various days and times. I got through twice and was told that someone else needed to call me back about poll workers that were needed very badly.nThe call was answered a third time by the automated system. I listened to the recording saying that I was the 2nd call in the cue for over 11minutes until I got another recording telling me of high call volume, and sent me to a messaging system.nI left a message and said that there would be no need to call me back.nI give up....

I received an email from the Department of State advising that I signed up to be an annual mail in voter or I applied for a mail in ballot for the general election and I will receive a ballot in the mail for the Primary election. I did request an absentee ballot for the general election but I'm voting in person for the Primary. I called the Allegheny County Elections Office (ACEO) last week to get this corrected and left five voice mail messages over three days with no return calls. I called again yesterday morning and advised the receptionist of my issue and that no one has called back. She took my information and said she would give it to a supervisor. Still no return call from the ACEO. Absolutely terrible service if you need to get someone on the phone. UPDATE: Since no one returned my calls I went to the ACEO downtown today. They were very helpful and I had to complete an application to have myself removed from the annual mail in voter list. In person service is good but I feel sorry for those who are not able to get there in person.

Got sent to voicemail multiple times and when I received a reply the person on the phone was incredibly rude and condescending.
