I really could not give you a rating because they were closed. But the lady that was there she was the best she went out of her way to help me. I'm sorry I forgot her name but God loves you young lady whoever you are

They much better processes in place to obtain the information they need. Example having 50 people showing up at once and slowly calling them back is not a good process. They also need to be much more efficient maybe go electronic after all it is 2019.. it shouldntakeb4 hours and $16 in parking to sit down 5 mins with your housing person to obtain your voucher.

It is vertiually impossible to get anyone in this organization to reply to a landlords needs. The only ones that answer their phones is Bill Moik, Jason Lockard and David Chappell
