Very friendly staff. I went in to have the glass replaced on my phone. I was worried I was going to get the run-around since I’m not from Pittsburgh, but just the opposite happened. I had a friendly and humorous rep. He took care of everything quickly and was very knowledgeable.

I would like to express how pleased I was with the customer service at this store. I had a issue with a phone wallet case for my S6, Jordan and the manager treated me so well. I like the fact that Jordan was a man of his word and this is how customers should be treated, I have been a customer with t-nmobile for 10 plus years and this was by far the best I've been treated. I am not a person looking to get over and great customer service goes a long way with me.nnAgain thank you Jordan and the manager of this store (8973)
This is a corporate as opposed to a franchise location. It was great! I was able to get the $10 sim card advertised online, the $3/month pay as you go plan, and the $10/week 1 GB data plan, for a Canadian tourist like me.
