Plus/Minus Recording Studio is an extremely professional, but creative and inspiring environment. Every step of the process was done thoughtfully and efficiently. The equipment is nothing short of top quality and there is no shortage of gear options should you need something. The rooms are kept extremely clean and every accommodation you would need is there.nnSean is a true master engineer. He made sure to take the time needed to maximize the quality of our recordings, while not blowing our budget and wasting time. He was thoughtful in the mixing process and didn’t settle until we were nothing short of blown away by the quality of our tracks.nnAs long as I am making music I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else to record. I recommend plus/minus to every artist I meet looking to record.nnAlso keeps a copy of Galaxy Quest in stock at all times. +1 star just for that.

Studio in Pittsburgh’s South Side is a great location, and comfortable atmosphere. The engineers know their equipment and have always been accommodating to me when I’ve been nitpicky about my guitar sound—which happens a lot! They’ll even go that extra mile to dial in the perfect amount of delay on a track. Very easy to talk to. And they’re familiar with a lot of different music, from string quartets to death metal. Definitely check them out.

My band had our entire album recorded and mixed at plus/minus recording studio by engineer Sean Cho. The entire experience was memorable and the product professional. From recording late into the night to tediously mixing and remixing, Sean was willfully present throughout the whole experience. Solid gear, an awesome space, and knowledgeable engineers make for a great environment to get to work and yield results.nThis is where you want to make your record, record your latest single, or get those tracks mixed and mastered.

Great studio space, clean and inviting. The producer Sean is professional and easy to work with and he knows what he's doing. He was upfront about the price, and was super flexible with long days until we got everything done. Definitely one of the best studios in Pittsburgh!
