They released my dad’s body to a funeral home without permission after failing to add my brother and I as next of kin after numerous calls, voicemails, and even an attempted visit. My dad was almost cremated before anyone got to view him becauss of this. It could’ve been avoided if these people actually DID THEIR JOB like they’re paid to do.

Rude and unprofessional . Every time I called and spoke to someone I was spoken down to. From the beginning when I was contacted to trying to get the full autopsy report. They continuously lied to my family during the autopsy process and should be shut down

Dakota James case. Saw show on Oxygen. You don’t have ligature mark around neck consistent with strangulation but say accident and drowning. You are no honorable and thorough medical examiner. It makes you look crooked. His cause of death should be changed so it can be investigated. This makes your office and the police look bad. Please do something! Starting 2/20 you may get a whole lot more attention with all this. This story will be airing on Dr. Phil show.
