Had a great experience with Mike and his friendly staff. Helicopter ride was a lot of fun and informational. Recomend for a nice date weekend getaway or just to have an adventure. Will be back again!

These are wonderful people. I have never been a client of Glacier Aviation, but I had an issue with a car rental experience at a neighboring facility, and Glacier's staff went out of their way to be helpful. They had no reason to assist me, but they did, and they rescued me from a disaster, and were very kind while they did. Thank you!

Knowledgable instructors. Can have some issues with availability. Very safe. Costs to fly are a little higher than other flight schools since the aircraft are leased instead of owned.

Considering doing my PPL for helicopters and stopped by. The gentlemem working at the time was friendly and helpful. He took me out to look at the R22s, R44, and the MD500 which was cool.The Museum of Flight is next door too which is cool. You can check out a few planes and helicopters before or to get yourself in the right frame of mind. If you ever want to learn to fly don't be afraid to drop by and chat with them.

Glacier Aviation is the best helicopter school On the west coast hands down by far!! I started my training in California but after over a year & over ten thousand gone & nothing to show for it, I was scammed! I searched every flight school here in the US & spent weeks contacting every school that was online, to find a good honest helicopter flight school. With many calls & traveling to check out schools, I found Glacier Aviation! When I traveled up from California & walked into Glacier and met Mike Thielen, I knew that this was the school I dreamed of going to! Mike & his staff made me feel right at home treating me like family. I really can’t think of anything negative about Glacier, it was the best experience of my life!! Now my daughter is in the process of enrolling to start her career as a commercial helicopter pilot!!
