While the staff was nice and friendly, there seems to be a lot of disconnect between either the people who answer the phone or the agents and customers I’m not clear which. I called with a very specific ask for pricing - I had already done the research and work but was seeing how booking this way could benefit me. I asked for pricing and initially I was in awe the price was $2,000 less than what I found but that seemed a but much so when I asked for specifics they only sent me a quote for the cheap option not the all inclusive option I specified. It’s a little off-putting when you make things simple and then get a bait and switch feel. Again they were courteous about it however just left a bad taste - in the end I was able to book better elsewhere.
